The Oulibo Cooperative is currently the largest olive cooperative in the Aude department. It receives olives from 3 departments: Aude, Hérault, Pyrénées Orientales. From fruit to oil, discover the work of the olive growers, the miller… and follow all the stages of the transformation, even in the producers’ shop.
Going a little further inland you will arrive at the town of Minerve which overlooks the Minervois region.
